There are always going to be resources that you need to look after, and these will vary in terms of their type and number. One thing’s for sure: such resources will always be limited, so the ability to allocate and use them properly and fairly is something that will prove central to the management of any project. If you think you might have decent resource management skills, this is definitely a plus for this kind of work.
Conflict Resolution
In putting together more or less any project, you are also going to run into a lot of conflicts that will need to be resolved from time to time. Being able to do so can be hugely rewarding, and it also ensures that the project at hand is going to be a lot more successful. Having a lot of responsibility is tough, but it is going to be your baseline existence during any project, so you need to be the kind of person who actively enjoys it.
