Most people start out in a new job or career hoping to climb the ladder to the top. If that sounds like you, then you might be wondering what you can do to stand out even more to your bosses and impress them enough to offer you a promotion. Every workplace is different; whilst some companies recognize potential almost immediately, there are others where you’ll need to consistently prove yourself over a longer period of time in order to be in with a chance of moving up.
