The job application process that leads to the interview can be so long and tedious. It is so disappointing when the interview shows you the true colors of the hiring manager, and what also tends to reflect on the hiring organization or company. Always be courteous, however, and treat each interviewing opportunity as a chance to get hired, so as not to burn any bridges. Those types of managers rarely last long, and any contacts that you make with HR, Administrators, and other people that may be in on panel interviews may be helpful to getting hired after the undesirable manager is ousted.
