I am an American living in Canada with my husband and 3 children. I want to move to the sunny part of the USA. My husband is a building automation specialist with an industrial engineering degree. With these bad economic times in the USA, what is the chance of my husband securing employment for a TN1 visa to work in the States or should we just move, I find work and he applies for an employment certificate from immigration ( who knows how long that would take). Anyone got any suggestions? Ay companies hiring skilled Canadians to work in the recession of the US?
