Who’s Hiring at the Most Admired Companies – Vol 13

bootprintIt is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a great leap forward only to stumble backward.” – Old Chinese Proverb

Job search is much the same, many small steps in the right direction are more likely to get you a job than a giant leap (but it could happen). Small steps like picking the right companies, having the right resume, leveraging your contact list, using job search sites – you get the picture. Take a look at the post Confessions of a Job Search Fanatic to see some of the steps you should take in your job search. The companies on today’s list have made their success in much the same way, many small steps mostly in the right direction.
