I got a job offer, now what? – Negotiating a Job Offer You’ve just received a job offer for your dream job, now what? Negotiating a job offer can be difficult.  How do you get what you are worth without killing the job offer or selling your self short?  Before the negotiating begins, remember not to let the “heat of the moment” take over before you’ve had a chance to think it through.  Don’t feel pressured to accept the offer.
